Open your ticket from My Tickets or your private link to continue the conversation.
Keeping a request in one thread matters more than it sounds. A single ticket carries the whole history, so whoever picks it up can see what has already been tried.
Replying in the right place
Open the ticket from My Tickets, or from the private link if you submitted as a guest, and use the reply box at the bottom. Avoid opening a second ticket for the same issue, since that splits the history and slows things down.
What each status means
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Received and waiting for an agent. |
| In progress | An agent is actively working on it. |
| Pending | Waiting for information from you. |
| Resolved | A solution was provided. |
| Closed | No further action expected. |
Pending means we need you
A ticket sitting in Pending is waiting on your reply. Answering the open question moves it straight back into the queue.
If the problem returns
Reply on the resolved ticket and it reopens with all the earlier context intact. Start a fresh ticket only when the symptom is genuinely unrelated.
