Invoices are sent to the billing email on the order.
Check the mailbox used at checkout, including spam. If nothing arrives within a day, open a Billing ticket with the order number or the email on the purchase.
What to include
- Order or invoice number
- Company name for VAT invoices
- The email address that should receive the copy
