Where to find your license details

License keys and download access are listed in your customer account.

Your license key controls both downloads and update access, so support will normally ask for the product name and license status before digging into a technical problem.

Finding the key

1. Sign in to your customer account on the store.
2. Open Downloads or Licenses.
3. Locate the product, then copy the key shown next to it.

Using it for updates

In your Joomla site go to System, Update Sites, open the entry for the extension, and paste the key into the Extra Query field in this form:

dlid=YOUR-LICENSE-KEY

Without the key Joomla can see that an update exists but cannot download it, which is the usual cause of a stalled update.

Common license questions

• Expired subscription. The extension keeps working; only downloads and updates stop.
• Multiple sites. Check the site allowance on your plan before reusing a key.
• Key not listed. You may be signed in with a different email than the one used at purchase.

When you open a ticket, include the product name and order number. Never paste the full key into a public forum.
