Easy Scroll to Top
Progress ring. Reading bar. No module position.
Scroll this page. After a short distance a ring appears in the corner and fills as you move down. Click it to return to the top. The same plugin can add a reading bar or a second button that jumps to the bottom.

Scroll to see the ring
The button is already enabled on this site. It stays hidden at the top and on pages that do not scroll. Keep going through the sections below until the ring shows, then click it.
Progress ring
The default look. The stroke fills with the page so visitors can see how far they have read.
Reading bar
Optional thin bar at the top or bottom. It can stay on when the button is hidden.
Scroll to bottom
A second control jumps to the end and hides when the visitor is already near the bottom.
Look controls
Circle, pill, or square. Colors, image, custom SVG, dark palette, and a live admin preview.
Device rules
Hide on phone, tablet, or desktop. Phone and tablet can use their own corner and size.
Where it shows
Menus, homepage, URL patterns, languages, and a list of components to skip.
How to try it
- Scroll down this page until the ring appears.
- Watch the ring fill as you move further down.
- Click the button. The page returns to the top and the button hides.
- On your site, open System, Manage, Plugins, System - Easy Scroll to Top and pick a preset.
Why a plugin, not a module
A back-to-top control is page behaviour, not a content block. A module disappears on templates and error pages that do not render that position. Easy Scroll to Top injects itself before the closing body tag, so it does not need a module position.
Short pages stay quiet. If there is almost nothing to scroll, the button and the reading bar stay hidden.
Keep scrolling
Enough page to show the ring
This block is here so the demo is long enough. On a real site the same control appears on articles, category blogs, and other HTML pages that pass your targeting rules.
Match the template
Start with the progress ring, match the background to the template, then add clearance so the button does not sit on a chat widget or a cookie bar.
Phone and tablet
Those devices can use a different corner and size without installing a second extension.
Reading bar
A separate thin line. Use it alone when you want progress without a floating button, or combine it with the ring. Scroll to bottom stays off until you turn it on.
Targeting
Leave the component list empty to show the button everywhere. Pick menu items when a landing page should stay clean. URL patterns use an asterisk and must match the whole path.
Keyboard and motion
Reduced motion turns the smooth scroll into an instant jump. The control is a real button, so keyboard users can tab to it and activate it with Enter or Space.
One button only
If the template already has a back-to-top control, disable it or set Hide another back to top. Two buttons in the same corner is the usual support ticket.
You are far enough
The ring should be visible
Click it to go back to the hero.
