Changelog — Login Redirect Manager
Version 1.0.0: 6 October 2026
- First release: one rule list for login, logout, first login, and opening the site.
- Menu item, internal URL, external URL, or no redirect, with a simulator and JSON import.
- Super Users stay in the administrator, and rol=no skips the product for that request.
Component + plugins
Login Redirect Manager
The right page after they sign in.
Members, editors, and guests can land in different places. The first matching published rule wins.
On this demo
What the component decides
After login, after logout, on the first login, and when someone opens the site. Destinations can be a menu item, an internal URL, an allowed external URL, or no redirect.
After login
Send a role or one person to a chosen page. Lower priority numbers are checked first.
First login
A welcome page only the first time. Later visits follow the normal login rule.
Stays safe
Loops are skipped. A Super User who signs in to the administrator stays there.
Simulator
Run the same engine without signing anyone in, then publish the rule that wins.
How it works
Four steps
- Install the package. The component and both plugins come together.
- Add a published rule for After login, with a menu item or an internal URL.
- Try that person in the simulator.
- Sign in on the public site and confirm the landing page.
